Rest Less is a site for the over 50’s and has a lot of useful information about financial matters, learning and courses, volunteering to name but a few.
Legal Advice
Rights of Women provide advice lines that offer free and confidential legal advice to women on family law, criminal law, immigration and asylum. The website has more details and opening times of each advice line.
LGBT+ Support
Supporting the LGBT+ community who have experienced abuse and violence. They also have a helpline on the website.
Coaching
This is a coaching service that offers 1-2-1 coaching either in person or via video.
I have personally used PHA Coaching and found them to be extremely professional and very understanding. They have made me, someone who has been reluctant to seek help of any kind, wishing she had known about them earlier.
